Yes. An individual 21 or older must be present and show ID in order to receive delivery.

Every state that allows direct-to-consumer beer shipping (approximately 45 states). Currently, we do NOT ship to Ohio, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii.

Orders usually ship out within 1-2 business days, typically from a facility in California. Transit time is usually 1-3 days, depending on how far the package has to travel.

Our ecommerce provider LiquidRails calculates shipping charges at checkout. However, you can get a discount by ordering more beer, which helps to reduce the shipping cost. You'll see the discount in the shopping cart as you add items.

We work with a partner called LiquidRails to service our web orders. When you place an order, you'll be redirected to their cart to complete the checkout process. Confirmation emails will come directly from them.

All of our beers are shelf stable and will not be affected by a few days of shipping. Once you receive them, however, keep them in the fridge to maximize freshness—especially if you don't plan on consuming them over the next month.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if your beer arrives damaged, we can issue a free replacement. Please send a photo of the beer and the packaging along with your order confirmation number to service@getliquidrails.com.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact service@getliquidrails.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, but if the order hasn't been shipped LiquidRails can issue you a full refund.
