Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted on web orders. However, if your beer arrives damaged, we can issue a free replacement.
For damaged beer claims, please send a photo of the beer and the packaging along with your order confirmation number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to cancel an order, we can refund it as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Please contact email@example.com with your order confirmation number to inquire about a cancellation.
