St-Sureau is named after the French word for elderflower, and it offers up a divinely inspired take on the Belgian Blond style.

Classic Belgian yeast esters pair beatifically with the aromatics of elderflower, which are then complemented by the “wild” American hop flavors of Comet, creating a trinity of depth and complexity.

Make no mistake, however—this beer is all about the malt. We start with a medium-bodied profile that is substantial enough to carry the potent aromatics we throw at it, while also light enough to be refreshing and crisp.

It’s the perfect antidote for beer lovers who crave depth of flavor but are suffering from “hazy IPA fatigue.” St-Sureau is a uniquely delicious beer that is bursting with flavor, low in bitterness, and goes down super smooth.
