Péché de Pêche (“Pay-shay de Pesh”), which means Peach Sin in French, is the ultimate guilty pleasure for your taste buds!

Brewed with a hefty serving of white peach purée, this refreshing kettle sour combines big fruit flavor, just enough tartness, and a hint of lactobacillus funk to create a complex yet balanced drinking experience.

In choosing fermentables, we wanted to make sure that the peach and lacto flavors stayed front and center. That’s why we turned to pale rice malt, an extremely light-colored malt that works best as a supporting player.

For the same reason, we kept the hops to a minimum, using only a tiny dose of bittering hops to balance out the other flavors.
