Péché de Pêche (“Pay-shay de Pesh”), which means Peach Sin in French, is the ultimate guilty pleasure for your taste buds!
Brewed with a hefty serving of real peach puree, this golden ale puts a giant spotlight on the fruit. A restrained maltiness lends balance, but make no mistake: this beer is all about celebrating that delicious peachy flavor.
In choosing fermentables, we wanted to make sure that the peach flavors stayed front and center. That’s why we turned to mild-flavor rice and millet malts, which are light-colored and work best as supporting players.
For the same reason, we kept the hops to a minimum, using only a tiny dose of bittering hops to balance out the other flavors.
